1. Strategic Commitment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

At thiinkVP LLC<\/strong>, we provide elite security solutions that require immediate resource allocation, proprietary configurations, and 24\/7 analyst engagement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To maintain the integrity of our “Protective Envelope,” we operate under strict financial protocols. By subscribing to Silent Edge<\/strong> or engaging our Private Security services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Managed Cybersecurity (Silent Edge) Refunds<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Our cybersecurity services are delivered in technical partnership with SHEL INFOSEC<\/strong>. Refund eligibility is dictated by the stage of deployment:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Pre-Deployment:<\/strong> If you cancel your subscription before<\/strong> the Silent Edge security agent has been deployed to your devices, a full refund of your initial payment will be issued.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Post-Deployment:<\/strong> Once a security agent is deployed, the service is considered “Active.” At this stage, administrative provisioning, proprietary SOC configurations, and software licensing costs are incurred. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Payments made after deployment are strictly non-refundable.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    3. Cancellation Protocols & The 30-Day Window<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Subscriptions to Silent Edge represent a commitment to ongoing digital defense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Written Notice:<\/strong> All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [Your thiinkVP Support Email].<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 30-Day Notice Period:<\/strong> A mandatory 30-day cancellation period<\/strong> begins from the date of your written request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Final Billing:<\/strong> The final month\u2019s subscription fee will be billed regardless of usage. This covers the administrative costs of decommissioning, secure removal of deployed agents, and final threat intelligence reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Offboarding:<\/strong> During the 30-day window, services will be phased out, culminating in complete data decommissioning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      4. Chargeback Protection & Merchant Integrity<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      As a US-based entity (thiinkVP LLC), we maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Setup Fee Integrity:<\/strong> The first subscription payment following agent deployment is considered a non-refundable setup and provisioning fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Dispute Resolution:<\/strong> Clients agree to seek a resolution directly with thiinkVP before initiating a bank chargeback.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Consequences of Unauthorized Disputes:<\/strong> Any chargeback attempt made without prior written consultation may result in:\n

        1. Immediate suspension of all security monitoring (leaving devices vulnerable).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Permanent account termination.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Legal recovery of the original fees plus any penalties and administrative costs passed to us by our payment processors.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          5. Private Security & Investigative Services<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          For TSCM, Physical Protection, and Investigative services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Retainers:<\/strong> Initial retainers are non-refundable once operational planning or field deployment has commenced.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Cancellations:<\/strong> For scheduled physical security details, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will be billed at 50% of the quoted rate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            6. Discretionary Review<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

            thiinkVP reserves the right to review extenuating circumstances (e.g., documented system errors or accidental double-billing) on a case-by-case basis. Any partial refunds or credits issued are at the sole discretion of thiinkVP and SHEL INFOSEC management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
